  • Holding deposit - equivalent to one week’s rent, which may not be refundable, but will go towards first month's rent at the point of moving in.
  • Example to calculate weekly rent:
  • £500pcm x 12 months = £6,000, divided by 52 weeks = £115.38.
  • Balance of monies required 48 hours before occupancy.
  • First month's rent required in advance.
  • 5 weeks’ rent for Security Deposit payable in advance.
  • Replacement keys - £10 per key
  • Locking devices/fobs - Charged per quote

LET AND RENT COLLECTION:

 
  • 60% of the first month's rent (minimum fee of £400)
  • 8% of the rental income per month
 

FULL MANAGEMENT:

 
  • 60% of the first month's rent (minimum fee of £400)
  • 10% of the rental income per month
 

Additional services:

 
  • Inventory and schedule of condition report: £100 - £300
  • Tenancy Deposit Protection Registration: £40.00
  • Checkout fee (for Let Only Landlords) £180.00
